Project Medtech is a hands-on medtech consulting company built to support innovators navigating one of the most complex journeys in business: bringing medical technologies to market. We work closely with startups in particular, helping them move from idea to execution through tailored support across regulatory, commercial, quality, reimbursement and health economics, operations, finance and accounting, sales and marketing, education and networking, and investment strategy. We are built to engage at any stage, and we believe meaningful support requires more than advice alone.
