You are responsible for reviewing any event-specific details, requirements, deadlines, and instructions provided at the time of registration
Your registration does not guarantee admission if space is limited or if additional confirmation is required
We reserve the right to modify event dates, times, speakers, format, location, agenda, or availability at any time
We may cancel, postpone, reschedule, or limit attendance for any event at our discretion

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, event registration fees, if any, are non-refundable. If a separate event-specific policy applies, that policy will control for that event.

Project Medtech is not responsible for travel costs, lodging costs, incidental expenses, or other losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or format changes.

By attending an event, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to any attendee whose conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the event.

If the event includes third-party speakers, sponsors, venues, or platforms, Project Medtech is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or services of those third parties.

By attending a Project Medtech event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be captured during the event. Project Medtech may use such recordings for promotional, educational, editorial, or archival purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law or expressly stated in writing for a specific event.

4. Media Kits

The Site may make available media kits, press materials, logos, executive biographies, headshots, background information, or related media resources for editorial, journalistic, or informational use.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Project Medtech grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials contained in a media kit solely for lawful editorial, journalistic, or informational purposes relating to Project Medtech.

You may not:

Modify media-kit materials in a misleading or defamatory manner
Use media-kit materials in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval where none exists

All intellectual property rights in media-kit materials remain the property of Project Medtech or the applicable rights holder. Access to media-kit materials does not transfer any ownership rights.

Project Medtech reserves the right to update, remove, restrict, or revoke access to any media-kit material at any time, with or without notice.

Where practical and customary, media users should attribute Project Medtech as the source of media-kit materials.

5. Downloadable Resources

The Site may provide access to downloadable resources, including but not limited to white papers, guides, articles, checklists, presentations, worksheets, templates, PDFs, reports, and other informational materials.

Unless otherwise stated, downloadable resources are provided for personal, internal business, or informational use only.

You may not:

Republish downloadable resources in full or substantial part
Sell, resell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute downloadable resources
Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices

If a downloadable resource is specifically identified as a template, toolkit, or shareable item, you may use it only in accordance with any separate instructions, permissions, or restrictions accompanying that resource.

Project Medtech may revise, replace, or discontinue downloadable resources at any time. We do not guarantee that any downloadable resource will remain available indefinitely.

6. Recording and Event Content Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Project Medtech event, webinar, presentation, or related event content.

Any event materials provided to attendees are for the attendees' own informational use unless otherwise stated in writing.
