Project Medtech is not responsible for travel costs, lodging costs, incidental expenses, or other losses arising from event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or format changes.
By attending an event, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove or deny participation to any attendee whose conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the event.
If the event includes third-party speakers, sponsors, venues, or platforms, Project Medtech is not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or services of those third parties.
By attending a Project Medtech event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio recordings may be captured during the event. Project Medtech may use such recordings for promotional, educational, editorial, or archival purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law or expressly stated in writing for a specific event.
4. Media Kits
The Site may make available media kits, press materials, logos, executive biographies, headshots, background information, or related media resources for editorial, journalistic, or informational use.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Project Medtech grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials contained in a media kit solely for lawful editorial, journalistic, or informational purposes relating to Project Medtech.

Where practical and customary, media users should attribute Project Medtech as the source of media-kit materials.
