MedTech Now Lives at the Bleeding Edge of Innovation, Here’s How to Adapt

The medical device industry has evolved significantly over the decades, with changes often linked to:

The pattern has generally been that a change occurs and over time the industry and associated products evolve in response, then settling into a “new normal” awaiting the next change.  Today we are seeing the nodes of change coming with increased frequency resulting in an accelerated overall rate of change.   Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of MedTech solutions need to adapt more frequently with less time, and in some cases no time, to settle into a new normal.
